Without exception, applicable to all Person’s

 

Upon the grounds of legally confusing wording, and for further understanding, please refer to our glossary of terms.

Home and Business Consultation, or HBC

1. Business Entity (BE):
[Home and Business Guardians] or, from time-to-time may informally be referred to as [HBG], is both a silent trading name and parent organisation.   HBG serves the function of both a Holding and Administration organisation, and maintains all its own assets (material and or intellectual), and secures that of anything and or all assets produced by either a sibling and or child organisations (Complete Business Model).

2. Holdings:
[HBG-Nationwide], does maintain the right to hold, and or gain reward from - where necessary and or agreed, all assets being produced under its lead, and or its logo. All assets produced, and their associated Copyrights ©, Trade Marks ™, and or Patents irrespective, will be owned by HBG as the parent organisation, unless proven / stated otherwise.

Further to this understanding, it may decide to waiver some of its rights, and by means of either or both [The Grant], or [Aggregated Agreement].   Therefore, will be represented as a; within its entirety, a majority holding, by agreement of royalty, or simply as licensor and or franchisor.

3. Administration:
Home and Business Guardians, or HBG, and its logo are a copyrighted © Entity.   Pending a Trade Mark (™), has designed, developed, and implemented its own logo to be displayed across its [Complete Business Model], on all its website pages, business presentations, and or all known devices / methods of communication.

Whilst still growing, and in much the same way as anything else, will change in its market presence, positioning, product / service base and or legal structuring from time to time, therefore, some of its responsibilities will be required to change in line with this growth.   Further to its Administrative duties; HBG may, otherwise should, be approach by any person that is having a problem with, otherwise within, its Complete Business Model; more so if no resolve has been found at its source.

Administration also covers the responsibilities of ensuring that its created divisions can operate independently, its books / financial responsibilities are being met, and will offer any assistance where needed - for its sibling and or child organisation to survive.

4. The Grant: (Permissions; Treaties, Charters, Laws and or Acts)
These Treaties, Charters, Laws and or Acts, otherwise, The Grant, is for the safekeeping of any designs held herein, and or under its logo, from theft at any stages of design, development and or distribution / implementation, irrespective of responsible country.

This Grant, otherwise known as our “Conditions & Guidance”, is both derived, and has support, from political, economic, and academic institutional bodies – for example, Business Link / Initiative, as well as the Intellectual Property Office.   This agreement also recognises, EPC & PCT Copyright, Designs and Patenting Acts (1977, and 1988); Berne Convention Implementation Acts (1976, and 1989); US/UK/EU & Eastern Trade-Marking and Secret/Confidentiality Acts (1917-1997); Licensure Laws and or Rights, for the protecting of intellectual property.

Whereas all versions of Copyright Laws © are being applied, you may unless specified otherwise, only use any publicly displayed information; suggested ideas; documentation and or designs provided in a ‘limited’ formation to assist in any given area it is originally intended for; more formally – what it is suited for. Moreover as the author(s) be-it [Parent, sibling and or child Organisation,] may well be still using it.

However, once HBG, or one of its divisions, has either finished, otherwise used the aforementioned; after a period of time, it may release such information without fixed charge to the general public.   Further to this, HBG, or another division [Shadow Crown] will not have an objection to being approached whilst in the process of a product development; however, at HBGs discretion, a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) may apply.

5. Archiving:
HBG being one Complete Business Model – and formed of both sibling and child components, will undoubtedly produce a lot of recordable data, and as with point 2 (Holding) under this section of our Conditions and Guidance, HBG will store its information / data both on and off line.

Currently, HBG is up to date and can evidence a six year timeline (or, history), and will continue, as well as in such a fashion work on a year on year basis.   This then will be presented, otherwise be a representative year in arrears system; be-it of intellectual, and or of financial properties.

6. Aggregate Agreement: (Complete Business Model)
For due diligence, any waiver and or variation of rights, will be laid in print and made accessible for anyone to make note of, providing the reason is of a plausible nature.

In Total, this agreement, as per current Complete Business Model, covers six currently active entities, the agreement, as you are learning about HBG and or its sibling / child components, amounts to you agreeing to accept the total understanding held herein, and that the organisational construct, and or business entity [Home and Business Guardian - Nationwide] is a legitimately constructed trading entity, which has its own set of rights to be able to function, and maintain itself appropriately.

If something is being-purchased and or sold, otherwise being specifically licensed from, alternatively an agreed franchise made; be-it from HBG or through one of its divisions, all normal Consumerism and or Licensing Laws / Conditions will apply.   In any respect, the Complete Business Model will incorporate a cool off period, ranging from 14 to 30 days, dependent on the type of involvement you have with us as a Business Entity, and in any categories of Business / Trade, that HBG covers.

Any Franchising agreements will also be-handled separately and accordingly / proportionately to both a strict but fair agreement.   Therefore, whilst HBG, and or its sibling / child divisions will endeavour to do the same, it will be your responsibility to maintain any receipts - as proof of involvement; as well as any electronic transactions, which will be-classified as your signature.   Further details can be-found either-in any resulting paper work, and or eventually, [Shadow Crowns] online Law division.

 

 

Shadow Crown, or SCS

1. Business Entity (BE):
Shadow Crown is a child component of HBG-Nationwide (Complete Business Model), it may also be known as Shadow Crown Services, or informally as [SCS].   Amongst SCS’s related - parent / sibling / child corporation(s) that are currently active, and or intended to be built in due course, otherwise as a result of its own and or collective successful, and or legal practices; SCS is a business entity in its own right.

SCS is currently built around four subdivisions to fulfil its lead operational function for HBG, and has been charged exclusively, for the period of its existence, to carry out any primary missions its parent organisation presents.

In-turn, and as a result, will be a producer of tangible and or intellectual – product(s) and or service(s).   Within this understanding, Shadow Crown as a trading name itself, either in part, or as one whole, will from time to time produce assets that will, if not already done so previously (pending), be safeguarded by [The Grant] through HBG.

2. Administration:
SCS, from its parent organisation [HBG-Nationwide], does utilise a copyrighted © logo, which will be displayed on all its website pages, business presentations, and or all known devices / methods of communication.

Further to SCS being a single functioning unit, it will keep its own books / financial accountings, and any other financially related activities in-order; with exception to filing them with its parent organisation for a complete overview, and or part of due diligence analysis.

Shadow Crown is still growing, and in much the same way as anything else, will change in its market presence, positioning, product / service base and or legal structuring from time to time, therefore, some of its responsibilities will be required to change in line with this growth.

3. Customer Service Support:
The creator(s) and or a designated advisor(s), relating to any suggested ideas, documentation, and or designs found under the banner of Shadow Crown Services (SCS) and or its own divisions, will always offer their assistance for our products and or services, through all its phases through to implementation; will even offer after-sales care.

Shadow Crown will make every effort to ensure high standards and quality is-provided in any instance and or involvement.   Furthermore, it should be-understood, and accepted, that you are best to seek advice as to how best to implement the 'provided' either, in its singular and or multiple-form.

4. Legal Responsibilities:
Additionally, if you do not seek support, and have not fully understood first the product(s) and or service(s) purpose and or function, and undesired effects have taken-place as a result.   By extension, for reasons of miss-representation/interpretation, and or blameworthiness, if a copyright has been breached, and or you have faltered from your responsibilities, your rights will be dissolved and will be solely responsible for any or all negative outcomes; unless Shadow Crown has stated otherwise.

If any issues are to arise, and cannot be addressed by SCS, you are to consult with HBG; Point 3, Administration.

 

 

Shadow Crown - Culture (SCC)

1. Business Entity (BE):
Shadow Crown Culture is not a business entity within itself, SCC is a subdivision of Shadow Crown Services, and lends itself as a Service, alternatively, as a portal for public media presentations with the aim of informing / making aware / updating / enlightening the general public on either or all; local, regional, national and international platforms, for whatever the subject maybe.

2. Administration:
SCC in itself is not a profit making function, and its administration requirements are to be met by Shadow Crown, and as directed, HBG. All Legal responsibilities fall back to SCS, and or HBG where required to. All archiving is to be held by HBG for whatever duration has been set out, and in a manner that SCS and HBG has agreed to.

3. Social Media Productions (SMP):
Much the same as any person / business entity in / through their endeavours; Shadow Crown has established itself through time tested Political and Economic activities, built through a Media Section from within Shadow Crown.

All media developments are/is a broad based analysis to be able to work for the purpose of mass development and implementation through the use of related Mediums of Videos and .PDF documentation (see, BE). Therefore, all considerations and rights have been reserved in the interest and recognitions of the Global populace for-which it is first intended, which includes that of its author(s); which also covers all that Shadow Crown itself is, and what its divisions produce, otherwise provide... and within this intention.

Whilst Shadow Crown Culture (SCC) as one unit offers its utmost respect, as some third party data may be-used, however,

SCC being one portal / service is a composition of four broad working areas encompassing;

All of which can benefit from, new information and enlightenment, products and services, leadership and, balance and direction.

 

 

Shadow Crown - Development (SCD)

1. Business Entity (BE):
Shadow Crown Developments is not a business entity within itself, SCD is a subdivision of Shadow Crown Services, and lends itself as a Service, alternatively, as a workshop for the four working areas of Shadow Crowns Culture portal; (4.Branches, p4). The aim is to work with SCS and HBG missions, in-turn, create and or recreate what is needed to fulfil its mission.

2. Administration:
SCD in itself is not a profit making function, but does work to generate an income for SCS. Its administration requirements, as with SCC, are to be met by Shadow Crown, and as directed, HBG. All Legal responsibilities fall back to SCS, and or HBG where required to.

3. Product:

Further to SCC point 4, and SCD Point 1, on either or all platforms; local, regional, national and or international, SCD works to provide either an upfront or private service for any or all of its customers / clients.

Much the same as any person / business entity in / through SCDs endeavours; Shadow Crown Developments has established itself through time tested Political and Economic activities, built through its product range from within Shadow Crown.

4. Branches:
SCD being one division is of a single composition serving two functions; Research and Development. (SCC, point 4)

 

 

Shadow Crown - Training (SCT)

1. Business Entity (BE):
Shadow Crown Training is not a business entity within itself; SCT is a subdivision of Shadow Crown Services, and an extension of either or all SCC four working areas. As a Service itself, alternatively, a Training, Guidance and Discussion Room / Forum, will offer guidance to any work it provides within the public arena.

2. Administration:
SCT in itself is not a profit making function, but does work to generate an income for SCS. Its administration requirements, as with its other counterpart division, are to be met by Shadow Crown, and as directed, HBG. All Legal responsibilities fall back to SCS, and or HBG where required.

3. Product:
Shadow Crown Training works across its three groups, through two methods, delivered upon two platforms, and in two very cost effective ways will be offering Training and Guidance to those whom voluntarily, or are referred to subscribe to its services.

To some, trawling through the internet, or libraries, can be a pain staking task, and whilst we are not, at the moment, offering certification for whatever you learn here, as all training provided is based on common knowledge, through our own knowledge hub, joint libraries and directories, we hope to be able to iron out any kinks in social, and or economic understandings, ensuring you are heading in the right direction, and with the right answers.

Be-it either method, across either platform, Shadow Crown Training works with people looking to improve, otherwise increasing their employability chances, to then secure that desired outcome; who are wishing to change direction, or even looking for answers to eventually improve their chances of moving along or up their path; and whilst we are about getting you back out there... you are welcome to create your own communities to be able to help each other achieve your goals.

Furthermore, through the provision of a separate area, and as a reference point, the environment will also be offering the business realm the ability to support your in-house training sessions, to then will work as an active help desk function; that you will be able to access at any point in time, and anywhere in the world.

4. Duty of Care:
Much the same as any person / business entity in / through SCDs endeavours; Shadow Crown Developments has established itself through time tested Political, Economic and Cultural activities, built through its product range from within Shadow Crown, and by-extension;

Shadow Crown Training appreciates there are a vast number of reasons as to “why” a person would like to move on or up, and without ignoring our "Duty of Care", our primary focus is to help you by simply providing you with the tools of “how”, you are to be able to create your goals and targets, to then be able to achieve them.

Effectively, by design and function, we are simply a passive - assertive tool to assist you in your journey through life’s challenges, which will see you being able to explore everything from, basic life skills, employability techniques and expectations, right through to fact finders and truth seekers.

Additionally, if you are troubled, please do-not hesitate to ask for help... we will accommodate you still, and if not able to provide the assistance ourselves, with our guidance, we will know someone who will.

5. Branches:
SCT being one division, is of a single composition, and serves two purposes also; Training and Guidance (SCC, point 4). All of which, and being under the banner of your human Rights, SCT assisting is a supporting facility to help you along the way, and done primarily by you leading the environment.

 

 

Management Team (GMT)

1. Business Entity (BE):
Management Team, alternatively, is also known as either or both a, Global, or General Management Team (GMT). As part of a Complete Business Model, GMT is a child component of HBG, and a sibling to SCS. Whilst GMT is a product of SCS’s related activities; GMT is a business entity in its own right.

GMT is currently built to serve two sectors, Economics and Politics, and to fulfil its operational function for Shadow Crown, as well as being charged exclusively, for the period of its existence, to carry out any primary missions its sibling and or parent organisation presents.

In-turn, and as a result, will be a provider of an intellectual and or tangible support service(s). Within this understanding, GMT as a trading name itself, either in part, or as one whole, will from time to time produce assets that will, if not already done so previously (pending), be safeguarded by [The Grant] through HBG.

2. Administration:
GMT, from its parent organisation [HBG-Nationwide], does utilise a copyrighted © logo, which will be displayed on all its website pages, business presentations, and or all known devices / methods of communication.

Further to GMT being a single functioning unit, it will keep its own books / financial accountings, and any other financially related activities in-order; with exception to filing them with its parent organisation for a complete overview, and or part of due diligence analysis.

3. Duty of Care, and Ethical Code of Conduct:
For the purpose of political interaction and or intervention, GMT has chosen its own political philosophy in which to work under; [Utilitarianism]. Neither shall it impose it on anyone else.

It will adhere to its ‘Duty of Care’ policy under point 4 of SCT; it will also be following an ‘Ethical Code of Conduct’ (ECC) which marries up to any or all Charters, Acts, Law, and or Treaties likened to the Human Rights Act.

GMT will also be mindful to not play off one against another, otherwise... shall not be utilised as a pawn for the playing off of one against another. In the possibility of a scenario that perceives to be a conflict of interest, GMT will make its position known, either isolate a trusted team member for constructive coordination, or instruct a trusted source to act as a third party mediator (see, GMT Services).

4. Services:
GMT’s services are its product base (GMT, Point 1, BE).

I. Politics:
In and amongst the now enumerable political philosophies being chosen, GMT has narrowed these down to three system types which it works with; one, Parliamentary, two, Sovereign, and three, Military.

II. Economics:
In and amongst an exhaustive list that Economics covers, GMT has narrowed these down to six core system headers which it works with; one, Society, two, Technology, three, Education, four, Entertainment, five, Law, and six, Environment. Each sector of GMT’s Services will fall under SCDs point 3, Products. However, as part of its service agreement, some information will be display under SCD, and others will be under GMTs Statistics page, (as per site sales agreement).

III. Alternative Services:
As part of GMT’s construction, GMT may - also upon request, act as an enforcement agency on either or both a national and or international level for any legally proclaimed breaches of any Charters, Acts, Law, and or Treaties.

It may also act / serve as a mediator (see, GMT, Point 3, Duty of Care)

5. Legalities:
GMT has no interest in, nor shall it take, favours and or any formable kind of bribe as payment to stay quiet, and or to extend its services outside, otherwise to go against its Conditions of Practice as laid out here.

Irrespective of being either or all classifications combined (Point 3, Services), GMT consumers / customers / clients will pay, unless a physical / evidenced alternative agreement is in place, its bills in full and within 10 working days (from the billing origin) of the requested date. Whilst SCS has majority control over GMT, there is a cost percentage in which Shadow Crown is entitled to; and is determined upon a separate agreement.

Whilst GMT is a separately functioning entity, therefore, may be constructed in to an executive board facility; any further Licensing and or Franchising of GMT (beyond its original formation) falls exclusively, and or by veto, to HBG.

GMT also has the same rights to maintain itself as any other business entity, and does adhere to, otherwise will enforce HBGs [The Grant].

To assist with its services found under Point 4, I. Politics; GMT’s staff are-also afforded, within the understanding of appropriate conduct - be it natural or human law, diplomatic immunity to be able to conduct, otherwise carry out its services. If any issues are to arise, and cannot be addressed by of GMT’s staff, then you should contact respectively either, SCS or consult with HBG; Point 3, Administration.

6. Oath:
This oath and its structuring is nothing out of the ordinary, and should not be construed otherwise. The oath is both in full and in part, to safeguard yourselves (council and or employee); the organisation, again, either in part or as a Complete Business Model and that of its mission, in-turn, those you will be helping as a result of your role, and through the detailing as set out by these terms of, conditions and guidance.

Before continuing any further, this Oath is in line with either or all bodies covered in The Grant, Constitutional Oath Preparations and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Therefore, please familiarise yourself with the following words; as you will need to know, understand, accept and follow them:
